ICQ message via a webpage

Hmmm....

You can go to your homepage at www.icq.com and get the code you need to put a message center (or just an indicator) on your site.

I have just an indicator, but that is linked to my ICQ homepage which has a lot of other information on it.

I would go check out ICQ and see what they have to say.

How do you do it? Not sure if this is the right forum for this, please move it if it is not.

How do you send ICQ messages via a webpage? I have seen this done, just don't remember where. Thanks for any help I may or may not recieve.
