I want to modify a code. I need help

I have this cool menu from DynamicDrive, but I would to make some changes and I don't know how to do it.
The menu has many submenus and even sub-submenus. I would like to remouve some of them, cause I don't need them.
Can somebody tell me how can I do the changes???
