This thread is now closed, as the question is not been answered multiple times, and just keeps attracting people posting the same answer that has already been posted.
IMO, if all a person can do it repeat the same answer over, all they want is to get their links in the signature, (IMO spamming a forum), and even worse, it tells me they didn't even bother to read the rules when they signed up, which lets them know those links are set for no-follow.
So you tell me, do you want to do business with a company that wastes peoples time just to advertise, and plus they prove they either can't read or don't care for rules?

It's a markup language. HTML = Hyper-Text Markup Language.

HTML is not the programming. Because in programming you can make new programs and software.But HTML is only a text markup language.

No it is not a programing language. It is a hypertext markup language to make website. Basically we used this language to build a web page.
