How much to charge for HTML grunt work?
This isn't a great job but I need the work and the connections are good.
My friend already has the graphics and he doesn't care if he gets the HTML, he's just trying to help me. So I'd like to see him pick up a few bucks too.
I need to give him an hourly quote and a perpage quote to redo the HTML on a fairly large site that links to tons of other sites similar to pricefinding site.
The nav bar is basically the same in every page. All I really have to do is construct the heirarcy, copy all the existing HTLM and then alter the code a little to reflect changing images. The text is supposed to remain the same. I can set it up in Dreamweaver without too much problem.
I do have learn how to do some server includes, but that's something I want to learn anyway.
No backend stuff.
I'm in Los Angeles so the price should reflect big city prices.
Thanks in advance.

We're not allowed to discuss prices here since it could be considered price fixing and that's illegal. Just to be on the safe side, we like to stay away from specific numbers.
I would say that you should charge as much as you feel your time is worth
