I want to put a page on my resources link that will pretty much accomplish what this webiste has here--> URL=http://www.answershopping.com.mk/join.asp]see website[/URL]
I'd like to provide a form like that to allow webmasters to link to me and provide their contact info. How can I do this?

you could just use a normal form that emails you the content, javascript, php, asp ... any could be used or you could store the info into a database.

I'm not going to sign up on that page so dont know what their next step is, theirs is going to a .asp script that could do anything

If you have a PHP webserver heres the HTML for the form:

Change to fit.
And the actual PHP to do the processing:
http://chengeu.krayup.com/temp/mail.phps
