How to create a "button" that will download and print pages when activated
Does anyone know a way to write code that will allow a surfer to my website to just "click" a button that will in turn download and print several pages of text and graphics? I was told Adobe had a product called Page Mill, but when I visited their site it was no longer available.

Hi,
Don't really know of any product. But, have you consider simply downloading the files and advising the user to print at his/her leisure?

It's been my experience that most surfers are not able or willing to go through the steps necessary to do that. The most successful results are when I follow the K.I.S.S. (keep it simple stupid) principle. In onther words, click here and we'll do everything for you wuld be the best way to get them to utilize the option.

Unfortunately I don't know exactly how to do it. But I know it can be accomplished using JavaScript, or PERL. I can barely spell JavaScript so I couldn't begin to tell you how to utilize it. But those are the areas that I would look into for an answer.
