Do you mean Drupal blocks?
fLyDiGiTs uses the Aurora theme, also some custom blocks
The Hudson County Self-Help Center uses the Ability theme
My personal page is 3-column, intentionally crowded and busy with several custom blocks, using the Four Seasons theme
