Because no-one is going to code the site for you, unless you pay them. And if that's what you're looking for, wrong forum.

Apparently I'm using the wrong word or something, because this happened on another thread.

1) You'd need to buy that template
2) You'd need to own the required software:
Or 3) You'd have to buy the template and hire a developer who could create the site from the template for you. (This person would need to own FlashMX or higher)
