frames don't work anymore! - My frames suddenly don't work anymore! (Posted by robin)
The links work fine in the second url you gave us. But there are a few JavaScript errors - unterminated strings! I took a look at the code at the original site and everything looks fine. I suspect Angelfire is the problem. The only thing I can think of is to change the frame names from "main" to something like "mainFrame". Maybe Angelfire can't recognise the word main. Then change you targets aswell. Hope this helps you out.
If you want to try another free host then check out xoom.com. They give you lots of space, its quick compared to other freebies and you can add a script to hide their banner.

Thanks for your advice lloydhass.
Where do those javastring errors occur?
I will change main into mainFrame like you said and let you know if it works.
I can't make a homepage at zoom because the university that gives me acces to the internet denies acces to, among others, Xoom.
Thanks,
Robin

I've tried it Lloydhass. I have targeted a link to mainFrame and I have named the main frame mainFrame. But instead of loading the page in the main frame, it opens a new browser in which the page is load.
Angelfire doesn't seem to reply my mails. This angel will litterly be on fire if they don't solve it.
Do you have another idea?

Ah! Angelfire is driving me mad! First my forms don't work anymore and now my frames don't work properly! I have a navigation bar in the left. When you click on a link it's supposed to load the page in the right 'main' frame. It has always worked but since two days it loads the page in my left 'navigation' frame! And I haven't changed anything. I think Angelfire is the problem of all this because they are changing a lot of things right now. Since two days they are placing pop-up banners on every page. Does anybody know a good websitehost that's free?
Could someone please take a look at my page and see if my frames are not functioning properly? Or tell me what I can do about it?
Thanks,
Robin

Hi Robin,
There is an error in your navigation page. You have the opening of your body tag above the closing of your head tag. It must be <head></head><body></body> you have got it like this <head><body></head></body>, that is one error, I'm also not sure if this <FONT FACE="Arial" COLOR="#666699"> is suppost to be in the head as well. Thats a start any way.
