Hey Phil,

You can put anything inside a frame that you can put on a regular web page. The frame is basically a container for different html documents. If you would like some really good tutorials on frames, tables and html check out the tutors found at junior.apk.net/~jbarta/ .
They are the best tutorials out there. IMHO

Hello All. I just starting in HTML and wanted to know if you can nest tables within frames or vice versa? I hate frames, but need to include them for our db search in order to bring the result set to a frame within page without reloading whole page. Any suggestions on how to do this are much appreciated. Thanks.
