Frame question

I am doing my first site using frames... I have frames on top and bottom...How do i make it so that each page has those same top and bottom frames? Please help...On each page the only thing i want to change is the body in the middle.. The bottom and top will be the same on each page.. Thanks

Your first/index file is your frameset file which includes definitions for three separate frames - named for example "top", "middle", and "bottom" as well as the initial html source file used to populate each of those three frames.

Assuming that the top frame is navigation links, make each link look like

a href="something.html" target="middle" and all your fresh content will load in the middle frame.
