FORUMS, wanna know how to create em - dont know how to creat em

hey its yer old pal N30, but i am having a delemia! i cant find anywhere that has a tutiorial on how to creat forums! can u believe it?!!? well i cant... anyway if u feel like helping out your fellow man or know where any forum tutiorials are located post a follow message or contact me via e-mail ([email protected], or via icq 38823547)

N30: If you didn't notice, the owner of TWF (JP) purchased a BB script, BigTalker. When you say that, you are saying that JP is lame Wink.

Anyway, back to topic, I haven't found any tutorial on how to make a forum, but there probably won't be one, because making a decent forum takes time and a strong knowledge of CGI/Perl, PHP, or whatever you want to code it on.

If you are not good at any of these languages, your best choice will be to either buy a good BB software or download a free one.

I came accross a great free forum service the other day at ezboard.com. These are similar to UBB and you can check out a working demo at topazdesigns.com/forums.

We should put up a billboard with just the words "JP: HTML God" on it and set it by the freeways. That would really put his name everywhere. Smiling

If you're looking for work look in the Jobs/Barter forum. If I remember a few companies had posted openings in there. Smiling
