fonts in my website

Hi,

I have do one website you can see it here [URL=http://www.webzf.com/spy2 ]www.webzf.com/spy2 [/URL] in the menu bar i put the links in Enviro font. I see that font when i see the page but other people can't see that font.

Can anyone explain me why this happend?

The font is on your computer but someone may not have it.

Yes - basically, what a browser does when you define a font is it looks for that font on the user's computer. If it's not there, it uses the default font instead. Since fonts are stored in the computer, and not in the browser, you can't try to use a font the user doesn't have installed.

Best to just stick with fonts that most users have installed, and always define a string so that the browser knows what do to if it can't find the first one you specify (i.e. "verdana, tahoma, sans-serif")

this has been discussed before here, read the older threads... Anyway define fonts as a series in your css, and use generic fonts, also theres a font embedding thing that never got popular which can be done online...
