Have you tried google (et al.)? That would be the best place to start... Also what technologies do you want to use (Javascript, PHP, ASP etc etc)?

I've tried google but can't find anything but downloadable mortgage calculators and that's not what I'm looking for... I guess I would have to say Javascript for the code I do all my coding in HTML so I'm assuming that would be the best...

I've had a search also, can only find sites that use Java or server-side technologies to calculate what you're looking for, a search of example code sites hasn't really returned anything either (although my knowledge of the latter is limited). Looks like you might have to do this the hard way and code it yourself
