Fast Refresh

Sadly not !

Seems this little function is quite intelligent and only appears towards the end of an auction and possibly only when you are a participant in the bidding ....... I don't seem to be able to find an example on auctions I'm not involved in.

I have seen reference to it on the ebay forums so I'm not going mad here.

Next time I see it, I'll grab the source code and let you guys make sense of it !!!
