Email Content
Heyas,
I am creating an email link in a webpage I am currently producing. This email link is for ordering (yes i know it isnt secure) and I want to include text within the body of the email when they click the link. I already know how to put text in the subject line but how do you do it in the body?
Thanks in advance

I wish I knew lol
if your client is using a html encoded email you might(perhaps maybe could be) be able to put in unicode, URL Encoding or a into the string to make it behave correctly. Otherwise I'm Stumped other then using CDONTS or a CGI mailer where you can specifiy the structure of the email.
Anyone else got some ideas?

All that fun stuff only works in IE and N7, I believe. If you are using a browser that doesn't support it, you're out of luck.
Worked for me in N7 on the mac.

ARRGHHHH get the voices out of my head!!
Maybe you need rich text support to make the URL encoding work from the href string? i dunno im babbling here....

I use N4.7 frequently to primarily test pages and secondarily, for when I need a fast browser without fancy schmancy "features" that slow it down.
I often find myself in a situation where I'm running say, a game that's hogging up resources, but I quickly need to reference erm, *guides* (
notcheats), online. NS does the job perfectly, whereas IE ends up slowing down everything and even freezing up.nike_guy_man posted this at 16:19 — 29th October 2002.

NS was what first shipped with our ISP and computer
I don't use IE on this computer because multiple people use this desktop, and I like NS's profiles
When I upgraded to NS 6, it crashed, and I couldn't go anywhere. I like NS 4.5's look... I don't like the soft look of NS 6 and 7
