Dynamic Menus

Hey...

I have a menu that I basically took from dynamicdrive.com and customized...

It works, but only looks how it should on IE (even thought it's supposed to be cross-broswer), it shows on Netscape, but kinda funny, and not at all on Opera or Mozilla.

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix it?
