Dreamweaver users: CSS Scrollbar errors?
I'm trying to get colored scrollbars with CSS, but it seems for most colors I enter, I get an error from Dreamweaver. I've attached a screencap below.
The error reads:
"Value FF9999, etc. is not supported for CSS propert scrollbar-face-color [Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0, 6.0]"
I also get this error:
"CSS Scrollbar face-color is not supported [Netscape Navigator 4.0, 5.0, Internet Explorer 5.0]"
So I uploaded the html files to my server and tried the pages on my Windows computer, while online (colored scrollbars don't work on Macs. ). It didn't work. Does Anyone know what the problem could be? I'm using the 216-Web Color Palette.
Here are the files, you can test for yourself...

Looks like the only thing you're leaving out of your code is the pound sign.
Colors should be #FF9999 NOT FF9999.
It wont work in IE, Mozilla or safari on a Mac. (but you already knew that )
PS: In the Dreamwwaver FAQ (http://www.dwfaq.com/FAQ/CSS/default.asp) they say colored scrollbars are for IE 5.5+ PC & AOL 6 only. So, I'm sorry but not everyone will see the work you did with them.
gotta finish redesigning my sites so I can show them again.
The purpose of education is... to get more jokes!

Pound sign? This "£" is a pound sign... "#" is a hash.

Hey thanks for the replies!
I also tried inserting the number sign before the number, but it still gave me the same error. I'm gonna try again...just in case

I tried again and it worked! This time I erased and rewrote the whole code. Again, thanks for the help and the link--cool site.
