DHTML menu with pop up

Hello, the menu I am emulating is http://www.simplythebest.net/info/dhtmscript51.html the problem is on my page I can get the rollover to work but I can't see the pop-up menu when I put my mouse on the up or down arrow. My page is http://www.gocog.com/portfolio.htm
