CSS Drop Down Menu IE6 Help!

Hello again!

I am having some real trouble getting my drop down menu to work in IE6. I have done some research on-line and have not come up with anything that was able to help me, so I thought I would ask the experts Laughing out loud

So if you go to www.q23.co.uk and hover over the Services button in the menu you should be presented with a nice drop-down menu, in IE6 it makes a right mess of the website and shifts everything down while duplicating backgrounds and text! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
