could anyone tell me more about it or how to fix it?
When www.passurclass.com/arcade is loaded AVIRA Antivirus shows that it has the virus HTML/Crypted.Gen - Malware. I believe this virus is in the template, could anyone tell me more about it or how to fix it?

I do not get the virus warning on your link with Avast, which is usually pretty good at catching these baddies.
Perhaps you should not post a page with known malware here in the forums.
looks like you have gutted your template... where did you get the template that was infected?
a suggestion would be restore the template and use the generated html source as a starting point
