BG Sound

I have added a bgsound to one of my forms to spice it up a little. It is an mp3 file. My problem is that it tries to load at the same time as the image that I have and constantly switches back and forth between loading the sound, loading the image and playing the sound. The result is chopped up sound (plays-stops-plays-stops).

My question is: Is there a way that I can tell the page to load and play the sound last after the form and images are done loading, or maybe first (give my visitors something to listen to while the image loads)
