Best content management

Hi
I've got a client website where they sell one of a kind clothing items. I've got it set up html with a catalogue page with 5 categories, then each category links to the catolugue page with items of that category (i.e. sweaters, etc.). what I'm trying to do is set up some sort of simple content management system so they can add subtract items. They're not very computer savvy so I need something very gui and intuitive like a cgi script maybe? My servers have all kinds of wonderful php cm scripts but none I can wrap my mind around, like easy site, etc. the way the site is set up, they need to be able to add a page with a picture of the item, the proper paypal code pricing, description, and previous/next links as the items are all linked together. (you see 20 items on the catalogue page, when you click on the first one you have next/previous buttons to go to itme 2,3,4,etc and back) PLUS put the item number and pic on the catalogue item page. Any ideas?? Thanks so much!! I've toyed with the idea of just setting up a notepad template with commented out instructions plus a separate set of instructions to set up the links but there's gotta be a better way!
