automatic looping of links

Hello,

Does anyone know how to achieve the following(I hope I explain this OK):

I'd like to have an image displayed with a link beneath it which takes the user to another page having something to do with the image. I'd like the image and the link to automatically loop, changing to a different image and a different link every three to four seconds. I've set up slide shows before where I loop through a set of images, but I can not figure out how to loop through a set of links. Hope someone can help. Thanks.
