ANCHOR PROBLEMS!!!!!

Can anyone tell me why the anchors on my page won't work in Netscape Navigator 4.05? Here is the page:
www.jmldesign.com/ras/web/ras2.htm

Please help!!! I've run into this problem before and cannot troubleshoot it.

Try this.

Put this tag in at the spot where you want the anchor to go to

<A NAME="A"></A>

Just substitute the A for whatever you referenced with the #
