0% css knowledged me need font css help
i use frontpage to set fonts. most of the time its 12px for topic and 9px for main texts. the font i use is arial.
question is - how do i make sure that all the viewers will have their explorer 'reset' to 'medium' text size on the explorer's text size option so they can see what i want them to see (12px for topic and 9px for main texts).
do free hostings like geocities allow 'css' uploads ?
please make me a simple css or can it be done is frontpage ? i am using frontpage 2000.

i can't answer the host upload q, but if you're using anything other then em, it' an absolute font size so it doesn't matter whatt hey have it set at.
this is an extremely bad way to design imho because if the person has it set to a higher level it's often becasue they have eye issues.... ie: my mom who's legally blind has her netscape set to have a higher default than it came with because it's better for her.
because of that i feel if you require absulte font sizes you are doing something wrong. make it so it looks good at defaults. then use relative sizes so you know that if someone has it higher or lower they still see relatively the same thing and that it's good for them.
POSIX. because a stable os that doesn't have memory leaks and isn't buggy is always good.

Sorry, this is impossible. And for good reason. You do not know their viewing needs and while you might like your settings, they may make your content unviewable. Learn a new method to allow your design to not be broken by reasonable text sizes.
They should -- it's just a text file.
Without an example of what you want the css to do, this is an impossible request.
