Website email Monitor
Hello,
I am running an extra pc just for monitoring my website emails.
There are over 100 websites with 10 email address each.
I originally loaded all those into outlook express, but know it appears it can't handle that many email accounts.
I have also noticed that half of them are grayed out in the send & recieve. I assume this is because it is beyond outlook express capacity, although they were at 1 time not half grayed out.
I also need to change allot of the email accounts as they have been modifyed and I also need to add more.
Is there any programs out there that will let me work with the outlook express wab file in a way I can do mass editing?
I am thinking of using eudora but not sure if it can handle this.
will eudora handle 1000+ email accounts?
any ideas on a good mail program to use?
Thanks,
DataCom

I would try Outlook instead of Outlook Express, if you have it available.

Yes I have that, I haven't tried it as I don't know the number of accounts it can handle. I tried to find the specs on it on google and microsoft with no luck. Do you know?
Thanks,

Well, I can't find any documentation either. I would say that since you already have Outlook 2000 (That's the version), just try it.

Just a suggestion: Eudora runs out of it's own directory, so you can run multiple copies.
The last 4 times I have reloaded my system, I have not actually installed eudora, just run it from my data partition I love that in a program.
So with this, you might be able to install it once, ie. tell it to install on d:\mail\domain01 and then make durectories d:\mail\domain02 d:\mail\domain03 etc, and just copy it from the domain01.
It seems like this should work, however i can't guarentee it.
