Streaming Webcam Software

I really need a webcam software that supports streaming video from a T1 connection. I have only been able to find some basic software for personal web sites, but just can't find anything that will send around 15 to 30 frames a second and be viewed at the same speed if the visitor has a good enough connection. If any of you know please reply.

I think you can do a live stream through Real media player... real.com and http://www.realnetworks.com

I am not 100% sure how to set it up, but I believe your host will probably have to have RealServer installed.

Maybe someone else here knows more about the specifics?

Prolly the best software I have found and the easist to set up is WebCam32. Its not freeware, but if you are looking for a good product...this is one. Its $39.95 or you can try it for free at first, and you can only be live for 1 hour increments. I have looked for ages on webcam software and this is the best one I have been able to find. If anyone finds any others...let us know...
