Some doubts about Broadband Service.
I will want to know more about Broadband service. One service company in India provides 2MBPS speed, Download/Upload limit 1GB. I will not understand Download/Upload limit.

I think that is the limit of the amount/volumn that you can transfer, but you will have to check. If that is true and you download a 500MB file you will have used up half of what they allow...!

I'm not sure about overseas companies but in the US unless it is a cellular service the upload speed is how fast your connection is and the same goes for the download speed.
Cellular service rates it differently. They allow so many bytes of data transferred. This includes up and down transfers. Once you exceed the amount alotted they charge you cell minutes for the overage.

I'm pretty sure Download/upload limit does not refer to how much you are allowed to upload/download, but instead refers to the file size of the upload/download. In other words, you won't be able to upload or download a file bigger than 1GB at a time. I think

Hi,
If it's anything like how we do it in the UK then 'nielsencl' is correct. 1Gb is pretty low, most packages in the UK offer at least 2Gb.
