Umm some viruses are known to bypass or even stop the virus scanner before they actually unload thei'r payload so don't think your safe just because you have a virus scanner :S

That looks more like the work of a virus to me than scandisk.
PS. You might want to increase the strength of the blur effect next time you want to hide some text as "C:\My Sites" is still quite easy to read
