Need HELP in XLS

Hi ALL,

Working on XLS i need to create a raffle ticket which consist of two peaces each one part has a number for expl: starting from 0001 up to 9999

How can i make the auto numbering in xls sheet in cells i will assign?
each raffle ticket will two parts and should have same number but different cell.
