After searching for over an hour I thought I would ask here
I am looking for some free software that allows me to remotely control another persons pc in order to give them support.
Anyone know any ??

Windows XP Professional offers a feature, but it's unlikely both of you have it.
Try pcAnywhere from Symantec, I have always had good experiences with them.

There was something I read about in PCworld then in the weekly monday edition of Plugged In that comes with my daily newspaper, but I forget what it was.
Anyways, as soon as I installed it, my computer crashed and I had to reinstall windows.
Whew that was a trip...

Win VNC Is what I use.
Its great and the viewer it fixs onto a floppy disk.
