Hubs or Router
I am making a server and I need a hub or a router. I was wonder if anyone her knows what would be better and if so if anyone knew a brand or a name of one the recommended to me so I don’t have to go in blind.

You have three basic options, a router, switch and a hub. You only need a router if you want to enable a 'hardware' type of firewall for filtering what comes into your website. Of the remaining two, you are better off getting a switch than a hub. A switch is faster because it allows more packets through at a time. Both are pretty cheap nowadays. You can also get something like a Cable/DSL router which is basically a switch with packet filtering built in.
