Hi,
Simply remove your CMOS battery and start your computer it will give a black screen mode problem let it be switched on for five minutes and shut it down and re install the CMOS battery to the holder and start your computer now the computer may take few minutes to start after that all the password will be reseated

Search for password recovery softwares on google.Many good softwares come with free trial you can try one and recover your forgotten password
