Well, first thing I did was search Google for "asp verify email"
Then I visited the HotScripts result

I know nothing about ASP but that first page of Google results had a lot of solutions to the question you've presented, so I would check that out. If you have experience with ASP, check out some of the direct tutorial results, and if you have very little experience, check out the HotScripts page for a prepackaged script.
