I' m building a drupal web site on IIS.
Clean url is disabled by default.
How do I enable it?

2 nd Question

When a user logs out , he cannot log back in unless the uid in session table is set to user Id.
How i can fix that ?

for the login problem try these:

I don't use IIS so can't be much more help

Did you post on the drupal.org forum (after searching, of course)?

PS drupal.org search is disabled during high traffic periods but you can use Google eg: IIS uid in session table is set to user Id site:drupal.org
