I don't know which one is better to use - a VPS or dedi for my adult web site.
Exmasters.com is my choice but they offer so many plans that I'm in loss now.
So what would you advise me to choose?

Go with that which satisfy your needs fully. I think that you can start from the VPS and then migrate to the dedicated server. Better to do that inside one company like you have. I can also recommend you having a look at glowhost.com.

I suggest you to choose first of all sharing hosting for your adult website. But if you want dedi or VPS, I recommend Dedicated Server.
If I were in your shoes, I would not be in a hurry and examine Hqhost.net, hostgator.com and hostpapa.com, then make a kind of comparison, what I mean is the sequence of prices and proposed plans for them, experience of support team. Besides, I would inquire members of the forum about their reputation in the Internet services market.
So, wish you to find the most reliable one.

If your adult content is legal, you may use VPS deals from the other companies as well. Say ServerPoint.com is good for that. Read their TOS thoroughly before signing up.

Is it allowed on both ServerPoint.com Linux and Windows VPS deals?
The company is old and reputable enough to have a deal with.

It depends on how many adult pictures/videos you have. I mean surely the resource usage.
Where the hell you get all those content? Do you have a studio at your basement?

To have a dedi is always better especially if you host adult hosting. Exmasters.com offers metered and unmetered and it's up to use to decide which one is better to use from.
