I checked Godaddy.com, it seems they have .me among extensions they register, though according to the http://www.webhostingchat.com/forum/showpost.php?p=52770&postcount=4 Godaddy has experienced problems with .me registration.
David, the discount code for .me with eurodns.com is valid no longer, but you can look for discounts with other domain name registrars.

On the domainnews.com/forum I have heard that godaddy refused the .ME registration and only Eurodns.com doing registrations there. So I believe that you need to stop worrying about goddady
