Is there a way I can uplaod an Access database to a NT server, and add/delete/edit my db via the web..?

You should be able to write ASP pages that access the Access database via ADO. Your ASP pages would have to do the adding/modifying/deleting -- you'd essentially have to write scripts to do what you need to do.
