For those of you that offer web hosting, do you use software that does automated billing w/ automatic account creation, etc? On my old hosting site, I had automatic account setup, but everything after that I had to manage myself, and I would find out that a client canceled a PayPal subscription months before I notice they aren't paying and cancel their account.
I have expanded my hosting resources and have the ability for a larger number of clients, so I am definitely going to have to get some kind of solution.

I think that depends on the payment methods you are looking to include different solutions can be used. But if I were you I'd take one basic one like WHM and if there are not all payment methods included I would work on the additional methods as custom made plugins.

I was just looking for a system that managed payments and created/suspended accounts automatically. I ended up writing a solution myself as I didn't find anything good enough that was not extraordinarily expensive.
