I am in dilemma about the topics of Internet marketing and Search Engine Optimization. Internet marketing is part of SEO or SEO is part of Internet marketing. Can anyone explain the details ????

I'd say SEO is a part of internet marketing. Marketing a site means using a variety of methods to increase traffic/popularity/conversions etc. on a site. SEO is one of those methods.
