CSS - Sticky Footer, Absolute divs in wrap messing it up?

Need help. Have the sticky footer working, but the way I did the wrap and main divs (which I thought was a great fix at the time) apparently messed it up—the footer doesn't seem to pay attention to the two columns, overlapping anything that seems to be below an arbitrary line. I can do a workaround for this page with padding, but that means working-around 40+ pages individually—ugh!
Any working solutions?
I'm off to take an Advil.
