Hi there, i was recently given a website to run by a friend of mine who was having absolutely no luck with the website and just couldn't understand the concept behind it.

The only problem I have is that i don't understand how to do anything myself.
Its a pay per click website and i know that the web hosting and advertising has already been paid for.
The only thing i need to know is how the c-panel works and how i get into it and also how i can send e-mails out to a wide range of people to encourage them to go to the website.
If anyone can help me i would be very grateful.

To give you assistance you will need to provide a little more information.
Without knowing how it was built it's difficult to say where the c-panel is or how to get into it.
What host is the site with?
Is the website on a content management system?
Post the URL (www) of the website.
Then we should be able to help you.
