Anyone know how to get a printer on a Linux box, and get windows to be able to print to it?

My cousing mentioned something like Somba. But I've no clue what that is.

I helped set something like this up a few months ago. I had a client with a dedicated Linux server that had their printer attached. They had to have the printer attached to the server for accounting purposes but they also wanted to be able to print invoices from their Windows system using the same printer (networked of course). I did a little research and found this page http://stommel.tamu.edu/~baum/linux/LDP/HOWTO/Printing-HOWTO-11.html. The Somba FAQ also has a bunch of more detailed information.

Actually it is Samba. There is a book on samba

by O-reilly. You can find all the info you need (the book can even be downloaded) here
