Weird Crash

OK,
First of all this happens randomly, bout once every few weeks but it really bothers me. I will just be surfing the web or something listneing to a mp3 in winamp. Then all of a sudden, my music hangs (it repeats the last few seconds over and over again) and my screen goes black. The only way to then get it working again is ti do a hard reboot.

I am running Win2k w/ SP 2. The only other program I have running is Norton 2001 Antovius and maybe something like AIM. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this crash? Thanks.

What OS?

I had a similar random problem running Win2K Professional with ZoneAlarm, there is a bug between the two (at least with SP1).
