Restrictions... what restrictions...????
please help!
I might work in IT but when it comes to computers and setting things up etc i am lost! My prob is that when I try to access Tools >> Internet Options, I get an error saying
Quote: this op has been cancelled due to restrictions in place on this computer, please contact your system administrator.
The only problem is of course is that it is my computer, and I dont have a sys admin guy at my beck and call!!!
I can access it ok from the control panel, but not from IE.
Can anyone help please?! I know I need to change a security setting somewhere but I cannot for the life of me figure out where....

The only thing similar to this that I have heard of is where your Internet Options are restricted since a worm program took over your homepage. Has your homepage strangely changed?
